Booking Policy

The Covid 19 epidemic has disrupted our lives and ability to travel. We have dearly missed many of our guests during this period. To this end we’d like to draw your attention to our booking approach and vacation rental cleanliness standards.

Take comfort with our flexible booking approach:

Villa & Apartment Rentals:

On booking we will request a minimal up front deposit often as low as 15% and staggered payment terms so that you pay the majority of the balance as close as possible to your stay, usually 4-6 weeks before.

At any point before your final balance is due you can change the dates of your reservation to new available dates at the same property within 12-24 months.

When your final balance is due, if Covid restrictions prevent travel, you will be able to move your booking to other available dates at the same property in 2021 or 2022.

If you are not able to choose dates right away, we will send you a voucher for the monies received as a deposit. This can be used against a booking at the same villa for travel dates within 24 months of the original booking.

In some cases a full refund may be available: this will be confirmed in your booking terms.

If you are unable to travel you can transfer your booking to someone else: contact us.

Hotels: We can usually offer a full refund up to 3-5 days before your stay.

Have peace of mind in our properties:

Our villa & apartments are private and subject to low ‘foot-fall’; each property is deep cleaned after each guest group and cleaned daily by professional staff to keep hygiene standards high.

Drivers, Guides, Maids, Chefs, house managers and suppliers are subject to high standards of hygiene controls and social distancing protocols.

Private transfer from airports, all tours and between properties eliminates the need for public transport. Transfer vehicles are deep cleaned after each guest group and surfaces sanitized daily.

We can pre-book museum tickets to avoid the need for queuing.

In-residence dining experiences reduces time in public restaurants and can be more more pleasurable and relaxing. Many of our villas have their own vegetable and herb gardens and produce estate extra virgin olive oil, all available to guests. In-residence dining is more ecologically responsible, we use local suppliers wherever possible to support our communities
