I will start by saying that there is not a single element of the property, experiences and services that could be improved. All were wonderful. Everything and everyone exceeded our expectations and experiences with other properties we have rented. Kudos to you, your associates and the property owner. I am confident all of our family members would agree. Each of them commented to Sharon and I throughout our stay that they thought Villa Altoviti and the experiences were at the top of the list of our prior travel adventures. Essenza's support made our planning and stay both effortless and most enjoyable. The chef’s that made us meals, proctored our cooking class and entertained us were all great cooks and delightful to be with.

I must admit Essenza exceeded all expectations. Tuscany is beautiful but having a trip curated by you and your team was exactly what we have hoped. Our concierge manager was attentive and overall a great asset to our entire vacation. The villa was perfect, thank you for helping us choose. The bike, wine, Florence excursions were an excellent touch. My birthday was incredible with live music, open bar and beautiful backdrop. Our chefs Martha and her partner took care of us like family. The drivers, Johnny + Nico went above and beyond. They took such great care of us, they also felt like family. All in all we will definitely let all of our friends and family about Essenza.

We had the most wonderful vacation and the villa could honestly not have been better suited to hosting our family reunion - it was perfect from top to bottom. Everything was wonderful!
The villa is gorgeous, and house manager and his wife are lovely. The extras you arranged were really nice - we especially enjoyed the pizza cooking and the bike tour. The wine tour and lunch was another treat - we are looking forward to those packages arriving in the US!
