Experience a contemporary retreat nestled between woodlands and olive trees, just a short drive from Volterra, a town rich in Etruscan history and renowned for its Roman Theatre dating back to the first century AD. Explore the historic center, savour local products, and visit one of the many alabaster workshops that have earned the town its global fame. Nearby, you’ll also find San Gimignano and many other charming Tuscan villages.

Situated on hilly terrain, the rocky outcrops of this small farm inspired the design of this modern villa for rent, perfect for accommodating a family or three couples eager to explore the Val d’Elsa region. The villa features two monolithic stone buildings added to the original farmhouse, creating a contemporary retreat that boasts spectacular views of the infinity swimming pool on one side and olive groves on the other. Inside, the interiors are designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, showcasing natural colours that harmonize with the surrounding landscape. The open-plan living and dining area is ideal for entertaining and unwinding after a day of exploration.

Casale Volterra is particularly suited for guests with reduced or limited mobility, as there are no steps on the ground floor. The rooms are spacious, and one of the two ground-floor bedrooms is equipped with a bathroom designed for wheelchair users. Access to the villa is via an unpaved road approximately 3 kilometres long, ensuring maximum privacy.
