From this privileged position in the heart of the Dolomiti Superski area, some of the world's most celebrated alpine experiences lie at the doorstep. The views alone are extraordinary: the jagged silhouette of the Sassolungo (3,181 metres), the broad shoulders of the Sella massif, and the dramatic spires of the Cir peaks fill the horizon. In winter, the property offers direct access to over 1,200 kilometres of interconnected slopes—the largest ski carousel in the Alps. The legendary Sellaronda circuit, a 40-kilometre loop around the Sella group crossing four Dolomite passes and four valleys, can be joined within minutes. For those seeking a challenge, the Saslong World Cup downhill run—one of the most demanding on the international circuit—descends through Santa Cristina each December. Summer brings an entirely different character to the mountains: hiking trails thread through wildflower meadows and up to high-altitude refuges, while mountain biking, via ferrata routes, and the annual car-free Sellaronda cycling day draw visitors from across Europe. The villages of the valley—Santa Cristina, Selva, and Ortisei—retain their traditional Ladin character, with woodcarving workshops, family-run restaurants serving local specialities, and a pace of life shaped by the seasons.
Inside, the interiors reflect the finest traditions of alpine craftsmanship. Rooms are panelled in antique spruce wood and dressed with premium fabrics, creating an atmosphere that is at once warm, elegant, and distinctly South Tyrolean. The property comprises two interconnected wings (that can also be rented independently), each with its own spacious living area centred around a traditional fireplace—ideal for gathering after a day on the slopes. Fully equipped modern kitchens and generous dining areas make entertaining effortless, while expansive balconies with comfortable outdoor seating offer front-row views of the Dolomite panorama. Private lifts serve each wing, and covered parking is available on site.
Outside, south-facing terraces extend the living space into the mountain air. Two private wellness areas—each with a heated swimming pool featuring integrated whirlpool jets, a Finnish sauna, and a dedicated relaxation room—provide a retreat at the end of each day.
