Chalet Villandro showcases a compelling fusion of Alpine tradition and global influences, where thick stone walls contrast with glass and contemporary materials. The interior design blends antique rural furniture with carefully selected artefacts from Bali, hand-knotted Moroccan carpets, and Italian designer lighting that illuminates ancient vaulted ceilings. The lodge features a wood-fired kitchen where guests can enjoy homemade pasta, a traditional “stube” (wood-panelled room) for wine tastings, and comprehensive wellness facilities including a Finnish sauna with mountain views, hay bath treatments, and a refreshing mountain water plunge pool surrounded by private gardens.
