A 17th-century villa full of elegance and charm, perfect to discover Lucca and the Tuscan coast, and experience the beauty of a countryside stay.

Fattoria della Pieve is located in the village of Capannori, at less than a 15-minute drive from the city of Lucca. Pisa is 30 minutes driving away and Florence can be reached within an hour. Nearby there are smaller and beautiful destinations near the coast such as Forte dei Marmi and the Versilia area.

Sitting at the heart of a 15-hectare property, Fattoria della Pieve is a family villa for rent in Lucca surrounded by a verdant park with olive groves and featuring elegant and wide interior spaces equipped with modern comforts.

Fattoria della Pieve sits in a perfect position in northern Tuscany, close to charming destinations such Pisa, Florence and the Tuscan coast with gems such as Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta and Viareggio. This charming villa also features great outdoor spaces with a 3,000sqm garden, a swimming pool with solarium area, al fresco dining and sitting areas, a vegetable garden and a chapel.

Elegantly refurbished and stylishly restored with traditional materials, this Tuscan villa rental’s interiors develop into two levels. The ground floor hosts a spacious living room with fireplace and direct access to the garden, a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen featuring a pizza oven and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor, there are a sitting room with panoramic views, a double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and four double bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds that can be made into twin beds.

Please note that on the estate, in front of the villa gate, is a second building not yet restored.

This villa is one of the oldest and most important historical buildings in the Lucca area, perfect to immerse in the local culture and enjoy a relaxing holiday just a short drive from the coast.
