Ossuccio's Sacred Mountain and Villa del Balbianello are within a 25-minute walk. Menaggio and Bellagio can be reached by ferry from Sala Comacina, whilst Como itself is just 40 minutes away by car. Car hire or transfer service is recommended for exploring the wider area.
The interior is bright and contemporary, with a fully equipped kitchen and living and dining spaces that open onto the terrace. A bar area connects the indoor living space to the pool, allowing guests to enjoy drinks whilst looking out across the lake. The large balcony provides a second vantage point for morning coffee or evening aperitivi as the sun sets over the mountains.
Outside, the heated infinity pool commands views across Lake Como and the surrounding peaks. Terraced gardens descend the hillside, planted with greenery that frames the panorama. Private parking is available for up to 3 cars.
