The Setting

Set along the scenic coastline of Torre delle Stelle, where Mediterranean greenery meets the deep blue waters of the Gulf of Angels, Villa Luna Two enjoys an elevated position within one of southern Sardinia’s most captivating coastal settings. Terraced gardens, sea-facing patios, and generous outdoor spaces frame the villa’s connection with the landscape, while local restaurants, shops, and everyday services remain close at hand. The nearest sandy beach is within walking distance, and the nearby shores of Genn’e Mari and Cann’e Sisa are known for their pale sand and crystalline waters, well suited to swimming, snorkeling, and paddleboarding.
The pathway leading to the rocky shoreline is not recommended for young children or guests with limited mobility.

From this peaceful coastal base, guests can explore a succession of scenic bays and protected marine landscapes. Boat days along the coast, lagoons where pink flamingos gather, and drives east toward Solanas, Mari Pintau, and the Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area reveal the natural beauty of this part of Sardinia, with clear waters, diving sites, and boat excursions all within reach. The Living Spaces

Defined by a refined coastal aesthetic, Villa Luna Two is thoughtfully organized into three separate, self-sufficient living areas arranged across two levels. Each area feels independent yet naturally connected, allowing guests to balance shared moments with privacy, as each features its own fully equipped kitchen and dedicated indoor dining area.

A composed palette of coastal blues, soft grays, and natural neutrals creates a serene interior tone, paired with tactile textures and warm wood finishes. Seven air-conditioned bedrooms open directly onto panoramic terraces or garden areas.

The upper level is arranged around the pool terrace, where three Queen bedrooms open onto the sun deck of the heated swimming pool with a waterfall feature. The garden entrance level, accessible from the parking area without stairs, is divided into two wings: one with two Queen bedrooms and direct garden access, the other with a bunk bedroom and a mezzanine bedroom with a French bed, sharing a bathroom and opening onto the terrace with the large outdoor whirlpool. This wing is well suited to younger guests.

Throughout the villa, furnished patios, shaded dining areas, and a generous main terrace seating up to 26 guests create an inviting setting for alfresco meals and relaxed gatherings.

The Experience

Villa Luna Two offers an elevated expression of Sardinian coastal living, shaped by sea air, open terraces, and the quiet pleasure of time spent outdoors. Its generous layout is well suited to guests who value privacy without losing the warmth of shared time. Days drift between sunlit terraces, shaded dining areas, and long pauses overlooking the Gulf, while evenings bring soft coastal light, open-air meals, and the deep blue of the sea as a backdrop. For larger stays, the villa can be booked alongside its six-bedroom sister property, Villa Luna One, creating a private 13-bedroom residence connected by shared terraces and external stairs, and welcoming up to 25 guests.
