Villa Spello offers a charming and authentic experience in the heart of the medieval town centre. While the narrow, cobblestone streets preserve the area’s historic character, they are not recommended for those with reduced mobility and luggage is unloaded just 50 meters from the villa’s entrance. The house manager provides clear directions in advance and meets guests at the unloading point to ensure a smooth arrival. A parking permit and instructions guide guests to the nearest parking area, making the transition to and from the villa hassle-free.

The thick stone walls keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter months, making the house an ideal temperature in all seasons without the need for air-conditioning. Please note that this villa is not recommended for young children.
