The beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella lie below, reached by cable car, whilst excursions to Mount Etna, the Alcantara Gorges, and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto can be arranged. Catania airport is approximately fifty minutes by car.
The main villa spans three sea-facing levels, with elegant living and dining rooms featuring original details alongside fully equipped kitchen facilities. Large arched windows frame the coastal panorama, whilst the interiors reflect the property's artistic heritage. A separate 200-square-metre annex—originally the artist's atelier—offers independent accommodation with its own living space, kitchen, and two bedrooms, connected to the main property through the shared gardens.
