Essenza focuses only on Italy and our concierge team is experienced at creating tailored itineraries based on your needs.

Essential Concierge Services

A Concierge Manager to assist you with trip planning including offering advice and creating detailed, bespoke itineraries. This typically starts 3-4 months before your stay and the process closes 6 weeks before travelling.

You will be provided access to the Essenza App with live updates and notifications.

Light concierge assistance is provided during stay for minor modifications to your itinerary. This includes a phone call on arrival from the local Essenza Client Representative. The Essenza Rep will also reconfirm arrangements with all suppliers, send reminders to guests, adjust participant numbers and if instructed, cancel services. Response time during your stay is within hours, max 24 hours.


Classic Concierge Services

A Concierge Manager to assist you with trip planning including offering advice and creating detailed, bespoke itineraries. This typically starts 3-4 months before your stay and the process closes 3 weeks before travelling. The Concierge Manager is available for up to two Zoom trip planning sessions.

You will be provided access to the Essenza App with live updates and notifications.

Concierge assistance extended to during your stay. This includes a meeting on arrival from the locally based Essenza Client Representative. The Essenza Rep will run through your plans with you, reconfirm arrangements with all suppliers, send reminders to guests and book any additional services required including restaurants. Response time during your stay is usually within 2 hours, max 12 hours.


Premium Concierge Services

A Concierge Manager to assist you with trip planning including offering advice and creating detailed, bespoke itineraries. This typically starts 3-4 months before your stay and process closes 1 week before travelling. The Concierge Manager is available for up to two Zoom trip planning sessions.

You will be provided access to the Essenza App with live updates and notifications.

You will be assigned a dedicated Essenza Host who will be with you daily during your stay and will respond to you within minutes. The Host knows the region intimately and is responsible for ensuring the itinerary is refined each day to meet changing needs, co-ordinating all other service suppliers including chefs, villa management teams, housekeeping, drivers and private guides. Your Host will book additional services and restaurants and where possible facilitate a speedier entrance to restaurants and public places.

The Essenza Host will also arrange for extra provisions where necessary (wine, drinks, snacks, essential items) acting as your Personal Assistant for the duration of your stay.
