Larger cities like Siena and Perugia are just an hour away, while Rome and Florence can be reached in just one and a half hours. The villa boasts expansive outdoor spaces, including majestic gardens with vineyards, olive groves, a fitness area, bocce and tennis court, and a beautiful infinity pool. Tastefully restored with traditional materials and stylish furniture, this Tuscan villa is divided into a main building and two smaller cottages. The main house features a spacious kitchen and several living areas with fireplaces. Each cottage includes a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a living room, connected by a central patio that opens onto the vineyard. The villa also has a former limonaia, now equipped to host daily breakfasts, as well as events, meetings, tastings, and cooking classes. Additionally, the house includes a spa room with a sauna and steam room.
