This 2-bedroom villa occupies a hilltop position 300 metres from the main building, its private swimming pool surrounded by landscaped gardens with views stretching across the vineyards to the Mediterranean Sea.
The beaches of eastern Sicily are approximately 20 minutes by car, whilst the volcanic cliffs and fishing villages of Costa dei Ciclopi are 30 minutes away. Guests can witness the raw power of Etna's landscapes during a guided hike, or opt for day trips to towns rich in history and character—wandering through the ancient streets of Taormina, discovering the baroque architecture of Siracusa, or exploring the vibrant markets of Catania. A complimentary shuttle service to Taormina operates twice daily from the resort.
The villa comprises 2 bedrooms with king-size four-poster beds and views across vineyards and sea, each with ensuite bathroom. An additional 4 guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed and pouffe beds in the living rooms, which feature fireplaces and a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. Expansive windows create an immersive connection with the outdoors, a feeling that continues whilst relaxing in the indoor jacuzzi. As guests of Monaci delle Terre Nere, access to all resort facilities is included: Locanda Nerello for Sicilian slow-food cuisine, the Convivium Bar for evening drinks at the foot of the volcano, and activities ranging from yoga sessions to wine tastings and cocktail masterclasses.
