Set in 4.5 acres of pristine nature, this luxury villa, complete with resident chef (for two meals per day), in Lake Como offers complete privacy despite being located just a five minutes walk from the cable car that in a few minutes takes you down to the lake and the picturesque town of Argegno (the cable car operates on a specific schedule, not 24/7).

From its hilltop position at 880 metres above the lake, Villa Argegno boasts one of the most spectacular views of Lake Como. Dating back to the early 20th century this unique villa rental in Art Nouveau style has been completely reimagined by an international interior design company to create a property that is both modern and historical at the same time.

The amenities offered by Villa Argegno are impressive: from state-of-the-art technology to a pool table, mountain bikes, a motor boat and a children's playground with a slide, Tibetan bridge, trampoline and a treehouse, there’s everything you need to entertain children and adults alike after days spent exploring the beautiful surroundings. Please note that there is no built-in air conditioning at the property, however, 8 Dyson portable units are available.
