Pigra provides a couple of restaurants and serves as a perfect base for hiking and mountain biking, whilst Argegno offers a wider range of dining options and scheduled water taxi services. Milan Malpensa International Airport lies 75 minutes away by car, with Lugano International Airport 60 minutes distant. Michelin-starred restaurants and winter snowfields sit within 20-30 minutes' drive.

The villa's interiors have been completely reimagined, honouring the Art Nouveau architecture whilst creating thoroughly contemporary living spaces.
