Villa Bardi occupies a hillside position in Zoagli's residential Sant'Ambrogio quarter, where the cultivated English gardens and terraced grounds descend towards views over the Ligurian Gulf. The 300-square-metre property spans three levels, accommodating ten guests in a private setting that balances the refinement of Riviera architecture with the quiet of a secluded coastal enclave.

Zoagli sits between the more celebrated destinations of the Italian Riviera—Portofino's harbour lies to the northwest, whilst the Cinque Terre villages extend along the coast to the southeast. Santa Margherita Ligure's waterfront and market squares are easily reached, as are the clifftop walking paths that connect the region's fishing villages and hidden coves. The villa's elevated position provides both privacy and access to the coastal roads that wind through this dramatic stretch of Liguria.

The ground floor centres on a lounge area with an integrated bar—a space designed for evening aperitivos before dining. The kitchen opens onto a shaded loggia where breakfast overlooking the gardens becomes part of the daily rhythm. Throughout the villa, the rooms maintain clean lines and contemporary comfort whilst acknowledging the traditional Ligurian palette of whites and Mediterranean blues. The two upper-floor bedrooms and one on ground floor are equipped with air conditioning for warmer summer months.

The swimming pool sits within terraced English gardens where established trees provide shade and the lawn areas offer space for children to play. A covered pergola houses the outdoor dining area and barbecue, positioned to capture evening light and sea breezes. The grounds are arranged in levels that follow the natural slope of the hillside, creating distinct zones for swimming, dining, and quiet retreat amongst the plantings.
