The picturesque hill town of Monte Castello di Vibio is close by, while Deruta, Perugia, Orvieto and Assisi bring ceramics, festivals, architecture and Umbrian culture within easy reach. From the villa, views open across the Tiber Valley, framed by a Mediterranean garden of lavender, rosemary, gorse, oak and olive trees.
