A historic and spacious seaside property on the Amalfi Coast, immersed in private woods and extensive manicured gardens, offering amazing views over the entire Gulf of Naples, perfect for a family reunion or a special celebration.

Located within a 15-minute drive from Sorrento, the property is perfectly positioned on the Peninsula Sorrento, just half a mile from the closest beach and within easy reach of all the major sites of the Amalfi coast. The village of Massa Lubrense, within a 10-minute walk from the property, is a quieter location away from the crowds, allowing you the maximum privacy and relaxation but with the choice of easy daytrips to the bustling Capri, Positano and Amalfi. Please note that the villa cannot be accessed by car and there is no private parking available. There is a public parking area in Massa Lubrense, although the villa offers a convenient shuttle service from the property and the town centre which also offers a porter service on arrival and departure.

The extensive terraced gardens overlooking the sea are an idyllic location to entertain and make unforgettable memories. Several furnished areas and a comfortable poolside loggia for al fresco dining, complete with wood-burning oven, BBQ and outdoor kitchen are all you need to enjoy long balmy evenings with all the family.

The property consists of several buildings, each offering spacious accommodations for a family holiday. Ground Floor Family Suite 1 boasts a terrace with sea views, accessible from the main entrance or an independent garden entrance. The ground floor Mezzanine Suite has a living room, and panoramic terrace with independent access. Ground Floor Family Suite 2 features a living area and a furnished terrace with a gazebo, plus an independent entrance. Ground Floor Suite 3 offers garden access. On the second floor, Suite 1 has a living room, while Family Suite 2 offers a living room with vaulted ceiling and panoramic windows, plus a furnished terrace.
