An elegant and bright waterfront villa just 400 metres from the beach and around 15 minutes from Sorrento, with easy access to the full length of the Amalfi Coast by car or by boat. Naples Capodichino Airport is around 2 hours away.

Located on the waterfront, this 3-storey property is decorated in a palette of blues and greens that draws on the colours of the water and the coast, with arched windows framing sea views on each level. The spacious living rooms and dining area open onto the furnished terraces and swimming pool, where an evening meal or a glass of wine at sunset can be enjoyed as the light fades over the sea. The nearest town is around 7 minutes by car, and a lovely beach is a short stroll away. From Naples with its museums and churches, to the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, all are within easy reach for day trips.

The villa accommodates 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. The interiors reflect the easy, sun-warmed character of the coast, and a fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining room, with the living spaces flowing naturally onto the terraces.

Outdoors, the swimming pool and terrace form the heart of the property's outdoor life, with a barbecue and pizza oven for evenings spent gathering around the table. An elevator serves all floors, and private parking is available.
