The villa occupies a peaceful position in the countryside north of Ostuni, with the Acquedotto Pugliese walking and cycling trail accessible nearby and the family's olive grove — from which they produce their own oil — providing a shaded setting for morning strolls. The surrounding countryside offers further opportunities for hiking through the characteristic Puglian landscape of dry stone walls, ancient olive trees, and open farmland. The beaches of the east coast lie around 20 minutes by car, and the historic centre of Ostuni rewards exploration with its whitewashed houses cascading down the hillside, its baroque cathedral, and its winding lanes lined with ceramics shops and trattorias. Ceglie Messapica, known for its exceptional food culture, is around 15 minutes away, whilst Lecce and the wider Salento region are within easy reach for day trips.
The main building houses the contemporary fully equipped kitchen—complete with professional coffee machine and grinder, wine fridge, and dishwasher—which opens directly onto a covered terrace with pergola for outdoor dining. The adjacent living room features a fireplace and traditional built-in seating, with Smart TV and Bluetooth speakers. The Trullo Wing contains 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, whilst the Garden Wing accommodates a further 4 bedrooms with a mix of ensuite and shared bathrooms; the layout provides flexibility for families or groups of friends travelling together.
A saltwater infinity pool measuring 15 metres by 3.3 metres commands views over the surrounding countryside, with sun loungers and shaded areas arranged around the terrace. Directly adjacent to the property, the open-air theatre La Luna nel Pozzo hosts performances during the summer months, offering evening entertainment without leaving the immediate surroundings.
