The villa occupies a peaceful position in the countryside north of Ostuni, with the Acquedotto Pugliese walking and cycling trail accessible nearby and the family's olive grove—from which they produce their own oil—providing a shaded setting for morning strolls. The beaches of the Adriatic coast, including Diana Marina, lie around 20 minutes by car, and the historic centre of Ostuni rewards exploration with its whitewashed houses cascading down the hillside, its baroque cathedral, and its winding lanes lined with ceramics shops and trattorias. Ceglie Messapica, known for its exceptional food culture, is around 15 minutes away, whilst Lecce and the wider Salento region are within easy reach for day trips; a car is essential as the property is not within walking distance of amenities.
