A spacious Tuscan farmhouse, nestled in the stunning scenery of Castelfalfi, surrounded by olive groves and picturesque hamlets, and conveniently located less than an hour from Florence and Siena. Situated on the Castelfalfi estate, Casale Le Vignacce is a haven for outdoor lovers, offering hiking and biking trails, as well as opportunities for horse riding and tennis nearby. The charming borgo of Castelfalfi features a few shops and restaurants, along with an adventure park suitable for children aged 5 and older.

Perched on a gentle hill with breathtaking views of the Castelfalfi estate, the villa is the ideal base for those eager to explore the many treasures of Tuscany. Meticulously refurbished and decorated by international architects, Casale Le Vignacce boasts panoramic views of the lush Tuscan countryside. The villa offers spacious interiors and immaculate gardens, featuring two furnished pergolas that overlook the olive groves and the picturesque valley and a brand new outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven — an ideal spot to sip a glass of local wine after a day of exploring the region and enjoy some Tuscan delicacies. The villa’s private swimming pool is fenced, adding an extra layer of security for families with children.

This luxury villa for rent in Tuscany is spread across two buildings and is designed with families in mind. The main house includes a spacious living room, a TV room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. The annexe features a second kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a full bathroom, and an attic room that opens onto the living area with an additional double bed, making it perfect for a family of four. In the annexe, there is also a small but well-equipped gym room.

Please note that the Castelfalfi Golf Course and its facilities will be closed for renovation from January 2025. The reopening date has not been confirmed yet.
