Inside, colours are soft and relaxing, with a huge sitting room and large fireplace. The state-of-the-art kitchen with old wood-burning grill will appeal to any keen cooks, perfect to enjoy a Tuscan feast with your friends and family.

Step outside onto beautifully landscaped garden and wrap-around terraces which surround the heated swimming pool and the many lounge areas and al fresco dining, the ideal spot to relax at the end of a day spent exploring the many treasures of this less-known part of Tuscany. For those looking for absolute relax, the premium thermal spa of Fonteverde is just five minutes away from the villa, perfect to enjoy a massage or spa treatment, or simply relax in the thermal swimming pool.

All rooms are beautifully decorated with handsome fabrics, antiques and charming portraits of the owner’s ancestors. Two en suite bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with king canopy bed and one with small twin canopy beds. Four more bedrooms are on the first floor, two of which share a bathroom while the other have en suite facilities. The last bedroom with private bathroom is located on the lower ground floor, suitable for a nanny or maybe teenagers.

The Location

Immersed in the verdant countryside, the villa is just a few minutes from the delightful village of San Casciano dei Bagni, famous for its excellent thermal spring spa centres.
