Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, this charming, converted farmhouse offers breathtaking panoramic views and serves as an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Lucca area. The renowned walled city is only 15 minutes away, and you can easily reach other fascinating towns and cities, such as Pisa and Florence, in less than an hour. The region is perfect for hiking and biking, and beach lovers will appreciate that the coastal towns of Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio are just 40 minutes away.

This characterful family villa rental is perfect for a relaxing Tuscan vacation. The pergola by the pool is an excellent spot for long lunches and memorable dinners on warm evenings, complete with a built-in BBQ and cooking island. The area offers a variety of activities, whether you're seeking cultural experiences or thrilling adventures. Spend the day at the beach in Forte dei Marmi or Viareggio, shop in luxury boutiques, or explore the glamorous Wednesday market. You can also take a boat tour to admire the picturesque villages of Cinque Terre.

The villa consists of two buildings. The converted farmhouse has a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room on the ground floor, while the upstairs features three bedrooms and bathroom facilities. The separate barn includes two lovely suites, each with its own private terrace. Please note that due to the architectural features of this property, it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues, and children under the age of 4 can only be accommodated upon request. Occasionally, the owners use their own house on the same estate, but it is separate from the villa and shares no facilities.
