Villa i Pini is a beachfront 6-bedroom villa in the Lu Impostu area near San Teodoro, on Sardinia's northeast coast. The property sits within 6,000 square meters of private garden with direct access to a small sandy beach and views across the water to the island of Tavolara. The villa accommodates up to 14 guests. Olbia Airport is approximately 20 minutes away, and the town of San Teodoro around 10 minutes.
This part of Sardinia combines some of the island's finest beaches with the granite peaks and Mediterranean scrub of the Gallura interior. Lu Impostu itself is a quiet, juniper-fringed bay with shallow turquoise water, while the long arc of La Cinta—backed by a lagoon where flamingos gather—lies just to the south. San Teodoro offers restaurants, a weekly market, and a relaxed village atmosphere, and the Puntaldia marina is nearby for boat charters to the Tavolara Marine Protected Area. Further afield, Porto Rotondo is around 40 minutes north, and the boutiques and harbourside restaurants of Porto Cervo can be reached in just under an hour.
The villa is arranged on two levels with a contemporary interior. A living room opens to the garden and sea beyond, and a fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances for self-catering. The 6 bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower; 1 of the bedrooms is furnished with 4 beds, making it well suited to families or groups with children. A small technical room houses a washing machine and additional refrigerator. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are provided throughout.
The garden extends from the villa to the water's edge, with a sunbathing area, outdoor shower, and alfresco dining space positioned to take advantage of the sea views. A pathway leads directly from the grounds onto the sandy beach.
