The property is housed within a former agricultural tower whose original architecture is still visible in its vertical form and solid stone construction, and the sea is visible from the villa and reachable on foot in a few minutes. Brindisi Airport is approximately 45 minutes by car and Bari Airport around 1 hour, whilst the nearest shops are 3 minutes away.
The Adriatic coast at Savelletri offers a different character from Puglia's more visited beaches — fishing boats at the small harbour, rocky coves along the Regional Park of Dune Costiere, and the equipped lidos of the Fasano coast within easy reach. Alberobello and its UNESCO-protected trulli are 30 minutes to the west; the whitewashed hilltop town of Ostuni is around 25 minutes inland; Monopoli's walled old town and harbour are 20 minutes to the north; and Polignano a Mare, balanced on its limestone cliff above the sea, is around 30 minutes. Locorotondo and Cisternino — quieter hill towns with circular streets and excellent local restaurants — are within the same range. San Domenico Golf Club is under 10 minutes by car.
The interiors are contemporary and carefully furnished, with high-quality pieces selected for both the living areas and the bedrooms. The living and dining area looks out towards the sea, and the kitchen is fully equipped for independent use or chef service. The 2 ground-floor bedrooms each have their own autonomous entrance directly from outside, whilst the first-floor suite is accessed via the villa's original internal staircase — a feature that speaks to the tower's centuries-old character. The first-floor suite is accessed via this staircase and opens onto a fully equipped panoramic terrace with sea views.
Outside, a heated swimming pool sits at the centre of the garden, with a pool bar counter and multiple sitting areas across the terraced outdoor spaces, along with a covered pergola for alfresco dining, a wood-burning pizza oven, a barbecue, and an outdoor gym. Complimentary bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding lanes and coastline.
