The coastline here is the more cultivated side of Puglia's Adriatic shore — equipped lidos and the small fishing harbour of Savelletri within minutes, the rocky coves and cliff-edge restaurants of Polignano a Mare a little further north. Monopoli's walled harbour town, with its small beach tucked into the old city's walls, is 20 minutes away, whilst Ostuni's whitewashed hilltop centro and the trulli of Alberobello are both around 30 minutes inland. The hill towns of Locorotondo and Cisternino, with their circular streets and quiet trattorias, are 25 minutes, and San Domenico Golf Club is under 10 minutes by car.
The interiors are bright and contemporary, with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room anchored by a working fireplace — a comfortable space for evenings in after days on the coast.
