Villa Avola is located in Southern Sicily within a minute walking distance from the public Gelsomineto beach and five minutes from Fontane Bianche beach. The charming town of Avola is just 10 minutes away while in 20 minutes you can reach Noto, Siracusa and the natural reserve of Cavagrande. The closest town at a 5-minute distance is Cassibile and the nearest airport is Catania, at a 50-minute driving distance.

Villa Avola is set within beautiful a natural reserve surrounded by olive trees where delicious oil is produced. During the harvest season in October, its possible to assist with or simply observe the harvest process - booking is required. The villa is positioned conveniently between two towns: Avola, a 10-minute drive away and Cassibile, a 5-minute drive away. Noto is a 10-minute drive thanks to the new motorway.

Perfectly located on the gorgeous Gelsomineto beach, the villa is a well-styled, comfortable family home, the ideal base to discover southeast Sicily, a land of marvellous beaches and baroque towns like Noto, Siracusa and Modica. The beach, which is not equipped with sun loungers and umbrella, is at the end of the property and complimentary access is granted to guests through one gate. The villa’s outdoors are themselves a must-see destination with a stunning private garden surrounded by a natural reserve, olive groves and vines, and a relaxing swimming pool ideal to enjoy the warm Sicilian sun.
