Restaurants and shops are within easy reach and there is also a beach at Lido Villa Olmo within a 3 minutes’ walk. Ferries depart multiple times a day to the most popular villages scattered along the lake, or you can rent a private boat with skipper to explore at your own pace. For the ultimate luxury experience, the services of a driver on call Monday to Saturday is available at an extra cost.

There is also a wine cellar and several dining and living areas perfect to entertain large families or group of friends wishing to immerse in the magical atmosphere of the Italian Lakes. The well-manicured garden is surrounded by walls and hedges to provide absolute privacy, while a convenient gate connects the property with the famous Passeggiata Villa Olmo, Como’s panoramic promenade. A spacious swimming pool is immersed in the garden and looks out onto the lake, the perfect setting for an evening aperitivo al fresco.

The rooms are spread over multiple floors connected through an elevator. On the same property, but with a private entrance and courtyard from a side street is a small apartment decorated with a rustic style.
