A charming Tuscan farmhouse dating back to the Middle Ages, Villa Castellina represents the luxurious simplicity of country living. Immersed in the forested hill of Cambolli, guests can enjoy life as relaxing or adventurous as they desire. There’s always something to do at this luxury Tuscan villa; take in an afternoon soaking up the sun around the swimming pool or engage in a friendly match of ping-pong. Located within one of Italy’s most celebrated wine region, there’s no shortage of wineries in the surroundings. The historic hamlet of Fonterutoli is just down the road, where visitors can indulge in a tasting at the Mazzei family winery and visit the ancient barriccaia. In the opposite direction lies Castellina in Chianti, a charming little town perfect for some shopping in the little botteghe and an ice cream our local favourite gelateria.
