Situated in the peaceful fishing village of Praiano, wonderfully close to all necessary amenities and perched along the iconic Amalfi Coast, Villa Maresca sits between the colourful Amalfi and the glamorous Positano. Withing 5/10-minute walk, which inlcudes stairs, guests can find local restaurants and shops. A short drive away you can explore other treasures of the area, including Ravello, Maiori and Sorrento which are also accessible via public transport routes close to the villa. Naples is the closest main Italian city where you can easily visit the very famous Vesuvius Volcano, or the historical town of Pompeii.

There is also a small wine cellar and a private spa with a sizeable and heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and emotional shower. The property also offers well-designed outside features including a shaded patio with gym equipment, an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and barbeque, perfect for alfresco dining, and many terraces surrounded by the fauna and flora of the Mediterranean. On one of the terraces is a private swimming pool from where you can enjoy the views of the crystal blue waters and the Island of Capri on the horizon. Off street private parking is available on request, subject to availability.

Most bedrooms have sea views and all have air conditioning, TV and a safe and guests are provided with soft bathrobes and toiletries.
