Florence's treasures lie just 20 minutes away by car. The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi Gallery await exploration, alongside Michelin-starred restaurants and boutique ateliers tucked into medieval streets. Beyond the city, the Chianti wine region unfolds with its timeless villages of Radda, Castellina, and Gaiole, whilst historic estates such as Castello di Brolio and Badia di Coltibuono offer wine tastings amidst their storied vineyards. Whether you're planning cultural immersion or countryside wandering, the villa's location provides the ideal balance.

Inside the main house, contemporary design harmonises with traditional Tuscan elements—bleached beamed ceilings, blonde wood parquet floors, and neutral textures create a calming, refined atmosphere. The expansive open-plan ground floor unites a sleek island kitchen, generous dining area, and sitting space centred around a charming fireplace. A striking arched glass door floods the rooms with natural light, whilst a separate television room offers a cosy retreat. A well-appointed laundry room and guest bathroom complete this level. One bedroom features professional workout equipment, and a dedicated sauna and bio-sauna suite in an independent building provides opportunities for complete relaxation.

Guest House I embraces a loft-style layout with a welcoming living area and fully equipped kitchen flowing into an outdoor dining space—perfect for al fresco entertaining. An air-conditioned sunroom on the sunset side of the valley connects directly to a 15-square-metre yoga deck equipped with mats and basic outdoor gym equipment. Guest House II offers similar comforts with its mezzanine bedroom accessed via a spiral staircase.

Outside, the estate's infinity-edge pool (12 x 5 metres) takes centre stage, surrounded by immaculately maintained lawns and framed by hundreds of protective olive trees and vines ensuring complete privacy. A gazebo shelters a casual lounging area, whilst two separate al fresco dining spaces accommodate groups of varying sizes. Multiple terraces capture different moments of the day, from morning coffee to sunset aperitivos overlooking the Tuscan hills.

Note: The villa observes a shoes-off policy to protect its elegant flooring, with comfortable slippers provided for guest use. Children are warmly welcomed upon agreement with the owners.
