Villa Giardini is a contemporary 6-bedroom villa within the Puntaldia resort on Sardinia's northeast coast, accommodating up to 12 guests. The property is set within a private garden with sea views toward the island of Tavolara. The nearest beach is approximately 5 minutes away by car, and Olbia Airport is around 25 minutes.
This stretch of coastline is among Sardinia's most appealing, with long white-sand beaches giving way to the granite headlands and sheltered coves that define the Gallura region. La Cinta, a 5-kilometer arc of fine sand backed by a saltwater lagoon where flamingos gather in spring and autumn, is a short drive south; Lu Impostu, smaller and framed by juniper and wild olive, lies just beyond. The town of San Teodoro offers restaurants, bars, and a lively weekly market, while Puntaldia itself has a marina, an 18-hole golf course, and a small piazzetta with cafés and boutiques. Boat trips to the Tavolara Marine Protected Area—where the sheer limestone cliffs rise dramatically from transparent water—can be arranged from the harbour.
The villa is arranged over 2 floors. The first floor contains the main living spaces: an open-plan living area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a large covered veranda with views across the sea to Tavolara. The master bedroom is also on this level, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the same outlook. A second bedroom completes the upper floor. On the ground floor, 4 further bedrooms each have direct access to the garden. All 6 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are provided throughout.
The garden surrounds the villa on all sides, with a private swimming pool and timber sun deck at its center. An outdoor shower is positioned by the pool, and a barbecue area with pizza oven provides for alfresco dining. A separate staff room with its own bathroom and a laundry room are located on the ground floor. Parking is available on site.
