Martina Franca, with its baroque architecture and whitewashed centro storico, is around 20 minutes to the west, and a local minimarket is just 3 minutes from the villa for daily provisions.
The villa's interior is arranged across 3 distinct living areas that allow a group of 8 to gather together or find quiet corners away from the main spaces; a working fireplace anchors the principal reception room, and a dedicated office area provides a practical retreat for those needing to work during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for independent use or private chef service, and opens to covered outdoor dining where a pizza oven and barbecue allow for relaxed al fresco meals. The property's Pinot Noir vineyard contributes to a sense of working agricultural life alongside the comfort of the interiors, and the villa's wine cellar is available for tastings on request.
