The beaches at Savelletri lie fifteen minutes away, as does Alberobello's UNESCO-protected trulli quarter. Monopoli's historic harbour and waterfront can be reached in twenty minutes, whilst Polignano a Mare—known for its clifftop old town and small beach set within the rocks—sits half an hour to the north. Brindisi and Bari airports are accessible within forty and fifty minutes respectively, and a local mini market three minutes from the property provides for daily provisions.

The villa's interior is arranged across three living areas that offer space for gathering or retreat, with a working fireplace anchoring the main reception room. An office area provides a quiet space for those needing to work during their stay. The kitchen opens onto covered outdoor dining, where a pizza oven and barbecue allow for informal meals prepared at the villa.
