Located north of Lake Como, on the south-west branch of the Lake, the charming village of Moltrasio is perfect for an afternoon stroll to enjoy an ice cream or an Italian aperitivo. Within a short drive are many renowned towns such as Cernobbio and Tremezzo, as well the city of Como with its important historic centre. Moltrasio is one of the main stops of the Lake Como ferry service from which you can reach any town on the lake, including the picturesque Bellagio and Varenna.

Set high above the small village of Moltrasio, in one of the most prestigious portions of Lake Como, this luxury villa rental is set in a quiet Italian neighbourhood, close to the restaurants and shops but away from the noisy tourist areas. Completely restored in 2016 by a renowned Como architect, Villa Moltrasio has a modern feeling with designer furniture and state-of-the-art facilities. Wake up to spectacular views of the lake from your bedroom. Relax by the pool or around a blazing fire. Wander around the many little villages scattered throughout the lake and enjoy life Italian style.

Made up of two separate buildings, the Main features two bedrooms with panoramic terraces on the lake, while the third one is overlooking the garden. The attic room features tremendous lake views. There is also a spacious lounge with Ultra-HD television.

The ultra-modern second building, located on the other side of the garden, has a workout room with gym equipment and a home office space.
