Located directly on the lake shore with a private dock and lake access, the villa is the ideal base for those wishing to explore the lake and its many charming villages by boat, thanks to the private dock. Kayaks and bikes are also available to keep everyone entertained, in addition to a private swimming pool, a beautifully landscaped garden and a billiard room.
