This newly renovated 4-storey property combines modern elegance with traditional Italian character, accommodating up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms—each with lake views, ensuite bathroom, and private terrace. The villa sits just 10 minutes by car from the centre of Como, 45 minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport, and 50 minutes from Milan itself.

From this elevated position, guests can explore the lake's celebrated villages by private boat tour, with Bellagio, Varenna, and Menaggio all within easy reach. Water sports including kayaking, paddleboarding, and wakeboarding can be arranged, as can seaplane flights offering aerial views of the lake's villas and gardens. Private chef services and cooking classes bring the flavours of the region to the villa's own kitchen.

The second floor forms the heart of the property, where a spacious dining room, modern fully equipped kitchen, and living area with fireplace open onto a panoramic terrace—an ideal setting for al fresco meals with views across the water. The top floor houses a billiard room with panoramic lake views alongside one of the bedrooms. On the ground floor, a library with comfortable seating provides a quieter space for reading.
